Yes. You can become a User of "GEOFIX", even if you do not have the device "BlackStar".

Can I track for my object in the USA?

No. At present time the product "BlackStar" is compatible with frequency band 900/1800 MHz. This is a European standard GSM. It is planned to produce the modification of the product "BlackStar" compatible with American standard GSM, 800/1900 MHz. The use of this modification will give you the possibility to track for your object in the USA.

Why can't I see GPRS positions of objects ?

If you switched GPRS mode ON for some objects and can't see any of their position in Tracking->Map page, and "Error during initializing Real-Time mode" warning is shown, then it means that there is not possibility for the applet showing maps to make outgoing connection to GeoFix site's port 2001. Try to allow it.

On page of service WebArena I watch the race Murmansk - Vladivostok in the real time. Why on my computer on the map three participants are displayed only? And on the computer of my friend all participants of race are displayed ?

Check up adjustments of browser Internet Explorer (IE.). What Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is installed at you computer? Microsoft or Sun? If you have Windows XP sp1, then use Sun JVM. If you have Windows XP sp2, then, using adjustments IE - (Service)- (Options)- (Advanced), disconnect Use Java Sun, having left only Microsoft JVM Jit.
